Description: In this laboratory session, students will explore the production of fermented milk products. They will discover the essential role bacteria play in this process, breaking down lactose in milk and turning it into fermented milk products with a characteristic taste and aroma. To deepen their understanding, students will craft their own yogurt and cheese, gaining valuable hands-on experience.

Tree rings serve as a valuable source of information about the life of trees, providing insights into their history, forest dynamics, and environmental conditions. This hands-on activity allows students to explore and reinforce their understanding of tree ring structure through the creation of a cardboard puzzle.

Kitchen scraps can be a source for new plants. This experiment is aimed at exploring the possibility of using vegetable residues for plant propagation and their further cultivation.
